What are the shipping costs?
At By Amy Jess, we cover the shipping costs, so you don't have to bear any additional expenses.

Where is my order located?
Yes, we use Track & Trace for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to the order status page where you can track the current status of your order. Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.

How long does delivery take?
Our goal is to process orders quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 p.m. will be processed the same day. The delivery time for many of our products varies between 6 and 10 working days as they are shipped directly from our suppliers.

I provided the wrong delivery address, what now?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. We always do our best to expedite processing and shipping. However, there is often only a short window of time to correct an incorrect delivery address. Therefore, please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong delivery address.

How can I return an item?
If you have any doubts or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days by simply contacting our customer service. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 5 days.
